Som du ser är jag en fladdermus. Jag är det enda däggdjuret som kan flyga, på riktigt.

Du och jag behöver ungefär samma saker. Viktigast är mat och någonstans att bo. Jag äter mygg och andra småflyn. Och jag vill bo i en mysig håla. Jag har inte hittat någonstans att bo här än.

Om du ser ett ihåligt träd,där jag kan hänga på dagarna – då kan du väl tipsa mig. Du kanske vet något bra matställe också? Där jag kan flyga runt och jaga mygg. Gärna en glänta eller en liten sjö.

Hi there! My name is Fideli!

As you can see, I’m a bat. I’m the only mammal that can fly, properly. Both you and I have about the same needs. Food and somewhere to live are the most important. I eat mosquitoes and other tiny flying insects. And I want to live in a cosy hole.

I haven’t yet found anywhere to live here. If you see a tree with holes in where I can hang out in the daytime – can you let me know? Perhaps you know of a good place to eat too? Where I can fly around chasing mosquitoes. Preferably a glade or a small lake.

Hallo! Ich heiße Fideli!

Wie du siehst, bin ich eine Fledermaus. Ich bin das einzige Säugetier, das fliegen kann– also richtig fliegen. Du und ich, wir brauchen etwa die gleichen Dinge. Am wichtigsten ist etwas zu essen und ein Ort zum Wohnen. Ich esse Mücken und andere fliegende Insekten. Und ich will in einer gemütlichen Höhle wohnen. Hier habe ich noch keinen Wohnort gefunden.

Wenn du einen hohlen Baum findest, wo ich tagsüber rumhängen kann, dann kannst du mir doch wohl einen Tipp geben? Vielleicht weißt du auch, wo es was Gutes zu futtern gibt? Dort kann ich dann umherfliegen und Mücken jagen. Es kann gut eine Waldlichtung sein, oder ein kleiner See.
